Q. What can Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) help with?
A. CBT has been scientifically proven to help people with following issues: Depression, Anxiety, Relationship issues, Anger, Self-Esteem, Confidence and Stress among other issues.
Q. How can I schedule with you?
A. Its really easy, I use Calendly to schedule appointments, you can see my availability, select a date and time that's good for you. It connects with Paypal and you can make payment. Its very easy. You get confirmation and reminders about the appointment. Payment is made before the session.
Q. How often do we meet?
A. Normally we meet once a week. However sometimes it is beneficial to meet twice a week depending on the situation.
Q. How long are therapy sessions?
A. Therapy sessions last for 50 minutes
Q. Where does therapy take place?
A. My preference is to use Zoom. Which means we work online together.
Q. I don't have Zoom?
A. You can download Zoom here.
Q. Do you accept medical insurance?
A. No I do not accept medical insurance. You have to pay for the therapy sessions using your own money.
Q. Can I prescribe drugs for you?
A. No I cannot prescribe or advise regarding the use of medical drugs.
Q. What is the age range of people that you see?
A. I see adults over the age of 21 regardless of gender, race or orientation.
