Having CBT therapy online is incredibly easy and convenient. It is also as effective as traditional face to face therapy in my opinion.

There are many advantage to therapy online; as it saves you travel time, saves money on travel and the hassle of parking if you drive. It enables you to have the therapist experience online face to face from the comfort of your home or where ever you feel comfortable. As long as you have access to the internet.
The treatment is pretty much the same to traditional face to face therapy, except we talk via screens to each other and break down your challenges and work through them online. In fact I have found that therapy online has enabled clients to open up more than when they have had physical face to face therapy in the past in some cases.
